The Ricoh error code 386 / SC386 is a black development error code.
Try turning off and back on the main switch, Go to SP3-975 and check the process control self-check result. Go to SP3-975-001 this is Process Control Self-check Result.
This error can mean:
Dirty ID sensor (Clean the ID sensor.)
Dirty transfer belt . Check the belt cleaning. Clean or replace the transfer belt.
Scratched or damaged transfer belt
To reset this error try the code:
"Clear Mode"+107+"Clear/Stop" hold for 5s.
Turn ON and OFF the Main Switch.
If the problem persists you may need to contact a local service technician to take a look at your copier.
